DISTRICT ACADEMY

The Executive Board of Governors of the Corporation of Executives and Administrators (CEA) have passed a resolution in the year of 2010 at their Extra Ordinary Governors Committee meeting and have come to a conclusion in stipulating the specific learning methodology which to be implemented for the UK CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION (UKCKA)’s Learning Programmes. This has allowed the creation of the three modes institutions to deliver the learning programmes. These will be known as District, Regional and National. It is agreed that UK CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION (UKCKA)’s Learning Institutions will be Examined and Assessed to the ISO 9001:2008 by UK Commission for Consistent Learning (UK-CCL). This is to emphasise the importance of UK CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION (UKCKA)’s Professional Quality Management Standards (PQMS). All the facilitating Institutions of UK CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION (UKCKA)’s Professional Learning Programmes must obtain the approval from the nominated examiner and assessor, which includes their Quality Management Standards, in order to become an approved Learning Academy. All UK CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION (UKCKA)’s Professional Learning Institutions must become a member of the UK Commission for Consistent Learning (UK-CCL) of Great Britain who are the authorised learning facilitator and examiners of all UK CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION (UKCKA)’s Professional Learning Programmes. BEB will take charge of providing all the tools in relation to Learning Programmes and will conduct the examinations in order to maintain high quality delivery standard and qualifications.

Therefore, the nominated organisation will act as the International Authority for Assessing & Verifying the UK CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION (UKCKA)) Learning Institutions and British Examination Board will conduct all the examinations for the UK CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION (UKCKA)’s Learning Faculties internationally. BEB will assist and facilitate UK CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION (UKCKA) Institutions with all the learning materials and help the individual candidates to learn the UK CERTIFIED KNOWLEDGE ASSOCIATION (UKCKA)’s Learning Programmes on a Distance Learning Method to make it viable to learn on a flexible manner. It has also been made to understand that, every applicant who follows the Learning Methodology must submit a Career Project Work (CPW) Assignment as final written documentation.
The Institutions are categorised into three levels. They are as follows: -
1. District Academy
2. Regional Academy
3. National Academy
